Right of Withdrawal for Print-on-Demand Products
Our products (art prints, books, and other items) are individually produced for each order (print-on-demand). For this reason, withdrawal or return is generally excluded once production has begun, as these are custom-made goods not suitable for resale.
Exceptions apply if:
- the item arrives damaged or defective,
- there is a printing or production error not attributable to your own design,
- the delivery does not match your order.
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@donikapalaj.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
